1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiveFusion ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LiveFusion provides hardware devices and cloud-based software services for live streaming, team communication, and GPS tracking. The Service includes the LiveFusion Core edge device, associated cameras, and access to the LiveFusion web dashboard.

3. Hardware & Subscriptions

Hardware purchases are handled through our commerce partner. Each hardware bundle includes a subscription tier. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time. Hardware is non-refundable after 30 days from delivery.

4. User Accounts

When you purchase a bundle, a user account and team will be created for you automatically. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You are responsible for all content you stream, record, or transmit through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LiveFusion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create through the Service remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

LiveFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
